GileToys.com customer service staff is here to help with any product problems and concerns. If you receive a product that is broken, missing parts or is in other ways defective, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of sale, either by using our on-line help request form, or by contacting us at the number below for authorization.
If using the on-line form, please include your name and e-mail address along with a description of the product, and the reason for your concern.
Next we ask that you ship that product to us in its original packaging along with the packing slip.

Please label the packing slip “REFUND”, “EXCHANGE”, or “DEFECTIVE.”
